Hi! I'm Vishal.
A UX designer based in Canada who untangles messy and unstructured problems. For me, good design is about the underlying architecture that makes a product feel simple even when it is heavy with data.
I think in systems because a single change ripples through an entire experience. I want to respect the attention of the user by reducing friction and building confidence through clear flows.
I use tools like Figma AI, Banani and Claude as partners to handle the mechanical parts of my process. By letting technology manage repetitive tasks like prototyping and data population, I can spend my time on strategy and decisions based on research. Using these tools to stress test my work ensures that every system I build is ready for use.
Away from the screen, I spend far too much time on the golf course, which is really just an expensive way for me to practice frustration management. It is a constant exercise in iterative design, although my current handicap suggests I still have a few major bugs to fix. Between rounds, I watch hockey and play video games!
I am now looking for a thoughtful team where I can apply my experience in information architecture and behavioral UX. If you have a complex problem that needs a simple solution, or if you just want to tell me what's wrong with my golf game, let's talk.
