Welcome! I'm Vishal.

My path to UX design began while studying Business Technology Management, where I developed an early appreciation for how technology shapes people’s daily experiences. Over three years in that program, I found myself less drawn to the business and technical mechanics — and more fascinated by how design could make digital interactions easier, more intuitive, and more inclusive. That realization led me to pursue UX Design at Wilfrid Laurier University, where I discovered my passion for combining research, accessibility, and creativity.

What I love most about UX design is turning complex systems into clear, human-centered experiences. I enjoy diving into user research, analyzing pain points, and crafting solutions that make technology feel natural and effortless.

Outside of work, I love playing golf, going on walks, and gaming — activities that keep me grounded, strategic, and inspired. They remind me that designing is like a perfect golf swing. It's all about rhythm, feedback, and iteration.

As a UX designer, my goal is to create digital experiences that are accessible, functional, and enjoyable — designs that don’t just look good but truly work for the people who use them.
